Overall the room is well-equipped, quiet and includes a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area. The staff is great and accommodates all of guests' needs.

The hotels' team was really friendly. It was near to the centre, and bus terminal, ideal location overall. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Earl's Rib Palace- Edmond that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

A microwave, a coffeemaker, and refrigerators in my double room were a very thoughtful addition. The staff was really friendly and nice, as well as host;))

Tbh, had a fabulous stay for the price. Everything was good from staff, who were nice, to the particularly good location. Location: the hotel was adjacent to bus terminal and the centre and San Juan del Sur. Fairly quiet and nice room which had terrace and a kitchen area...
